Highly Recommend! The team was referred to our non-profit as we had some extensive work to complete as we work to transition our building to a new owner. I want to outline how I knew Wild Hare was the right fit for us: 1. During the bid process Jimmy and crew arrived to measure, asked thoughtful questions, reviewed different options, and didn't bat an eye when I sprung a campus representative and Texas Facilities Commission rep in the initial process either which I know some other vendors might see as a "complication." 2. Upon acceptance of the bid, our company was set up with an online portal to view work schedule, outline billing draws, and have agreements signed and referenced throughout the whole process. SUPER convenient, transparent, and helpful. 3. Our bid included work from concrete/sidewalk repairs, wood paneling and siding repairs, entire exterior repaint, flashing and roof inspection/repair, and replacement of windows and trim around windows. The pictures speak for themselves, but I can without a doubt say it looks so spectacular in person! 4. The scheduled work was FAST! In fact, *I* was the one with the complicated schedule having to have the team(s) work around my travel and visits. They handled all of this with grace, kindness, and expertise making sure I was comfortable at every turn. 5. And that's the biggest win for me... the people who worked with us on the Wild Hare team and their subcontractors were friendly, careful, communicative, and SAFE (as the single employee on site I felt so comfortable and trusted each person so much.) I will not hesitate to call on their services again if I'm ever in need and so should YOU!
